International Master Vantika Agrawal Student of Sparkling Chess Academy received Arjun Award on January 17, 2025. Earlier she also received National Child award for exceptional achievements in 2016 from Hon’ble president of India for her excellence in chess.
Vantika Agrawal had won three gold medals, one individual and one team at the 45th Chess Olympiad in 2024 and one team gold at the 2020 Online Chess Olympiad. She was also part of the Indian team that won bronze medal at the 2023 Asian Games.
• 2024 Chess Olympiad (Budapest): Won two gold medals – one for the team and one individual.
• 2020 Online Chess Olympiad: Won team gold medal.
• 2023 Asian Games (Hangzhou): Won bronze medal with the Indian team.
